Organ and tissue donation is not only extremely important to our clients, it is life saving! If it weren't for the selfless acts of organ and tissue donors, these children would not make it to see their first birthdays. Instead, with their second chance at life, our clients can realistically look forward to a healthy and promising future.

We hope you will join our efforts as we heighten public knowledge by explaining the importance of donation. We also challenge you to regularly donate blood and join the National Marrow Donor Program (to join locally, call the South Texas Blood and Tissue Canter at 210-731-5555). Most importantly, talk to your family about your desire to be an organ donor.
